Unless specifically stated otherwise, our fiber art is intended for decorative use. Follow any care and installation instructions provided with your purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues, or a significant pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including any associated taxes and shipping charges.

If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding with any change that requires your agreement.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom order details, pricing, and estimated production times will be agreed upon before work begins.

Please review and approve any requested specifications carefully. Changes requested after production begins may affect the price or completion date.

Cancellation and return conditions for custom orders will be disclosed before purchase. Please also review our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error, contact us promptly. We may be unable to change an address after an order ships.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. Please review that Policy before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

Original photographs, written content, logos, and artwork displayed on this website belong to JuJuStudio or their respective owners.

Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item. It does not transfer copyright or permission to reproduce the artwork commercially.

You may share our publicly available product images for personal, noncommercial purposes with clear credit to JuJuStudio. Other uses require prior written permission.

9. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review or other content to our website, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

You give JuJuStudio permission to display that content in connection with our store and products. We will seek separate permission before using privately submitted customer photographs in marketing.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam, or unrelated to the product.
